You will help ensure the delivery of high-quality software by guiding test automation, participating in the development lifecycle, and promoting a culture of quality across the organization.</p><p><strong>What youll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure Product Quality.</li><li>Validate that the product meets defined acceptance criteria and quality standards through comprehensive testing— automated.</li><li>Contribute to the Definition of Done (DoD).</li><li>Early Involvement in Requirements.</li><li>Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning to identify ambiguities, edge cases, and test scenarios early in the development cycle, improving clarity and reducing rework.</li><li>Test Automation &amp; CI/CD Integration.</li><li>Design automated test suites. Integrate these into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable, and repeatable deployments.</li><li>Champion a Quality-First Mindset.</li><li>Promote best practices in testing and quality assurance.
