You will ensure their sustainability, aligning with Experians risk appetite and driving continuous improvement. You will embed controls into business processes and help develop control frameworks.Role responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the implementation and sustainability of critical controls across the enterprise, ensuring delivery aligned with priorities.</li><li>Provide line management and coaching to a team of two Control Implementation Leads, building capabilities to accomplish successful outcomes.</li><li>Partner with global and regional leaders to develop and execute control improvement plans that close gaps and enhance control quality and coverage.</li><li>Deliver expert guidance and challenge to 1LOD and 2LOD teams, advocating controls as enablers of risk management and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Monitor progress and resolve blockers through structured planning, reporting, and partner engagement, ensuring a consistent and sustainable control environment.</li><li>Support transformation programs by contributing to the development of future-state control frameworks, policy agreement, and risk maturity improvements.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Systems.
