Youre not afraid to dive into the details, and youre comfortable participating in code reviews, technical design discussions, and even writing code when it helps the team move forward. Familiarity with modern data engineering concepts and technologies (<strong>ETL/ELT, APIs, Postgres, BigQuery, Pub/Sub</strong>, etc.) is a major plus.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Typically 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2><strong>Additional notes</strong></h2> <p><span>Pay range: <em>$167,300 USD</em> to <em>$242,600 USD </em>+ bonus eligibility and equity.</span></p> <p>We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data.
