Find where we fit and bring them on board, so we can help them together.</li> <li>Engage with new prospective customers. Help us understand where Expel fits, what we are missing, how can we be better, and ultimately, get to “yes” before “no”</li> <li>Seamlessly own the full sales cycle with a high degree of technical proficiency, familiarity with MEDDPIC is a plus</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2><strong>What you should bring with you</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A real passion for consultative, customer-focused sales based on transparency, honesty, and integrity</li> <li>A deep understanding of information security -- technologies, products, and services; direct experience with managed security is even more helpful</li> <li>Resiliency -- you have a keen sense of where you’re going and what you can accomplish here, setbacks or challenges don’t interfere with your momentum</li> <li>Empathy for your clients and their challenges</li> <li>An ability to talk to both business and technical buyers about what you’re selling - you don’t have to be an engineer, but you do need to understand what you sell</li> <li>A Bachelor’s degree or a compelling story</li> <li>5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 in enterprise information security sales</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2><strong>Additional notes</strong></h2> <p>Were looking to hire in set territories across the United States. </p> <p>The salary range for this role is between $150,000 USD and $160,000 USD base, $300,000 USD and $320,000 USD OTE + equity.</p> <p>We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.</p> <p>We’re only hiring those authorized to work in the United States.
