As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to find high-quality candidates for various technical roles. Your primary focus will be to identify and reach out to potential candidates, qualify them through initial screening calls, and help build a strong talent pipeline. You’ll bring a strategic, proactive approach to sourcing, working with cutting-edge tools and platforms to find the perfect candidates. <ul><li>Source and identify top talent for open roles (Marketing, Sales, PM, operations supervisors and more.) using LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and other sourcing platforms</li><li>Reach out to potential candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to gauge interest in roles</li><li>Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills, motivations, and fit for the role and company</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and role needs</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles</li><li>Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress and candidate feedback</li></ul> Salary range: $ 35-60K <ul><li> 3+ years of experience sourcing technical candidates in the software/engineering / marketing fields – a must.</li><li>Proven experience with Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing strategies- a must.</li><li> Ability to conduct effective phone interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit- a must.</li><li>Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms- a must.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage passive candidates- a must.</li><li>Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting- a must.</li><li>Ability to work part-time (approx. 20 hours per week), with flexibility in scheduling- a must.</li><li>Experience working with global companies- an advantage. </li></ul><a href="https://www.exodigo.com/" target="_blank">https://www.exodigo.com</a><a href="https://www.youtube.com/@exodigo2321" target="_blank">https://www.youtube.com/@exodigo2321</a>
