Reporting to the SVP, Global Sales, Commercial—and working under Exiger’s newly appointed executive sales leadership—you’ll lead Exiger’s charge across the West Coast commercial market. You’ll be accountable for landing new enterprise customers and expanding within a thriving install base while coaching and scaling a team of high-performing Account Executives. This is a role for someone who brings energy, ownership, and a passion for winning in a fast-paced, competitive SaaS environment.</p> <h2>What Youll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives across the West Coast region, focused on net-new logo acquisition and ARR growth.</li> <li>Act as a strategic force in key verticals like technology, media, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, energy, and more.</li> <li>Accurately forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.</li> <li>Drive outbound and field sales activity through disciplined pipeline building, regional territory strategy, and hands-on support.</li> <li>Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Product, Legal, Customer Success, and Marketing to support high-velocity execution.</li> <li>Continuously recruit and develop top-tier talent to scale a culture of tenacity, performance, and accountability.</li> <li>Report directly to the SVP, Global Sales, Commercial, and align closely with the Chief Revenue Officers go-to-market strategy.</li> </ul> <h2>What You Need</h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership or player-coach role.</li> <li>Proven track record of exceeding goals in enterprise SaaS—ideally with complex, multi-stakeholder sales (ACV $500K+).</li> <li>Experience scaling and leading field sales teams targeting Fortune 1000 accounts.</li> <li>Strong preference for those with supply chain, compliance, third-party risk, or procurement solution experience.</li> <li>Preference for candidates with a history of closing complex, multi-threaded software deals involving diverse stakeholder groups.</li> <li>Competitive, driven, and accountable—combined with the ability to coach, forecast, and build.</li> <li>Mastery of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.</li> <li>Comfort working in a high-growth, high-change environment with new leadership and bold growth goals.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.</li> <li>Preference for candidates based in or working effectively within the Pacific or Mountain time zones (PST/MST).</li> <li>Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Were an amazing place to work.
