Director, Go-to-Market Systems About the Role We’re seeking a highly technical and strategic Director of Go-to-Market Systems to lead the architecture, optimization, and integration of our global revenue technology stack. This role is central to enabling scalable growth across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. You will be a player-coach—someone equally comfortable designing system strategy and personally building within Salesforce and related tools. You will own end-to-end GTM systems architecture, ensure data and process integrity, and lead a small, high-performing team responsible for optimizing workflows, automating manual processes, and driving user adoption across our GTM organization. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Own the GTM Systems Architecture: Lead the overall strategy, design, and maintenance of the GTM systems architecture, including Salesforce, CPQ, DealHub, Clari, Gainsight, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (LISN).</li> <li>Systems Integrations Management: Oversee and optimize key integrations across the GTM ecosystem, including 6sense, MuleSoft, and NetSuite, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Drive Automation &amp; AI Enablement: Champion use of AI and workflow automation to reduce administrative burden on quota-carrying reps, freeing them to spend more time on customer-facing activities.</li> <li>Partner Across the Revenue Org: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to ensure systems, processes, and data models align with our go-to-market strategy.</li> <li>Own System Governance &amp; Data Quality: Implement best practices in system governance, user management, data hygiene, and security.
