In this blended role, you will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving channel growth, and enabling our partners to thrive alongside us.     Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>  Partner Development: - Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with service providers and partners, enabling them to grow their business and enhance our collective offerings. - Identify new partnership opportunities that align with Exactera’s strategic goals.  </li> <li>Partner Enablement: - Collaborate with partners to foster an ecosystem-driven growth model. - Guide partners on effective positioning of Exactera’s solutions and ensure they are fully equipped to succeed in the marketplace.  </li> <li>  Channel/Partnership Sales Experience: - Leverage experience working with referral partners and firms utilizing white-label solutions to enhance our market presence. - Drive revenue through effective management of partner sales pipelines - Convert referral partners into white label opportunities. - Convert white label engagements into wholesale partner opportunities.  </li> <li>Sales Process Focus: - Emphasize a dual approach that balances high-velocity lead management with relationship-building initiatives focused on key strategic partners. - Strategically align sales efforts to meet the needs of both partners and end-users.  </li> <li>  Pipeline Growth: - Develop and execute initiatives to create a robust quarterly pipeline through active prospecting, referral generation, and driving provider growth. - Monitor pipeline metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve growth targets. </li> </ul>    Qualifications:  - Proven track record in a blended sales role, preferably in partner or channel sales environments.  - Strong experience in cultivating partnerships and relationship management.  - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in an understandable way.  - Demonstrated success in developing strategies for partner enablement and ecosystem growth.  Current Tech We Are Currently Using: Salesforce, Salesloft, Consensus, and Tableau If you’re passionate about fostering partnerships that drive business growth and are ready to be part of a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you!
