<p>Everlaw is seeking a highly experienced and strategic <strong>Senior Technical Program Manager</strong> to lead the evolution and optimization of our end-to-end <strong>Revenue &amp; Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem</strong>. This is a critical role responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact our revenue streams, bridging business strategy with technical execution across our Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce, CPQ and billing solutions, coupled with a strong understanding of sales processes, financial processes, revenue recognition, legal compliance, and sales operations. Align system strategy with business goals, revenue targets, and financial objectives. Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and technical debt reduction.</li> <li><strong>Program &amp; Project Delivery:</strong> Lead cross-functional programs from concept to delivery across QTC, P2P, and Lead to Customer processes. Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration: </strong>Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Engineering, and Product to gather and translate business requirements. Ensure ongoing alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Drive cross-functional engagement and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li><strong>Process Optimization &amp; Automation:</strong> Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Implement automation and scalable workflows to increase operational efficiency and data quality. Lead tool evaluations, system migrations, enhancements, and integrations.</li> <li><strong>Change Management &amp; Adoption:</strong> Champion technology adoption and lead user enablement strategies. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and rollout plans to support change management. Provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting progress, key risks, and milestones.</li> </ul> <h3>About you</h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in technical program management focused on Revenue &amp; QTC systems.</li> <li>Deep understanding of end-to-end QTC processes: lead-to-opportunity, quoting, CPQ, contract management, order management, billing, and revenue recognition (e.g., ASC 606).</li> <li>Experience with systems like Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, ZoneBilling, and contract/legal platforms.</li> <li>Proven ability to design and manage integrations between CRM, CPQ, ERP, and billing systems.</li> <li>Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience managing programs in dynamic environments.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience in pre-IPO companies or regulated environments (SOX compliance) is a plus.</li> <li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, CPQ Specialist) preferred.</li> <li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.</li> </ul> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul> <li>The expected salary range for this role is between $<span>151,000 - $204,000.</span> The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills.
