<p>As a Principal Project Manager, you will be a key driver of highly cross-functional, strategic, and change-oriented projects across Everlaw. You will take the lead on key go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, driving them from conception through to execution, and will be responsible for tracking progress and communicating the data-driven return on investment (ROI). This role is perfect for a seasoned project and/or program manager with a strong background in strategic, operational, and technical projects who can manage complex, multi-faceted initiatives with minimal supervision and act as a key leader within the Strategy &amp; Operations team supporting GTM, which includes Sales, Post Sales, and Marketing.</p> <p>This critical role is dedicated to supporting the entire CRO organization, including our Sales and Post Sales/CX functions. Experience in a professional services environment like management/strategy consulting or investment banking is a plus.</li> <li>10+ years of progressive experience in GTM project management, RevOps, or sales strategy and/or operations, with at least four years focused on operational and technical projects. PMP, Six Sigma, or other project management certification is preferred.</li> <li>Proven track record of building and scaling a project management function that has directly impacted business outcomes.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, across all levels of the organization, from GTM teams to leadership. </li> <li>Adept at influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accelerate decision-making across GTM, Finance, IT, and leadership teams, with a positive and proactive attitude.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the agility to shift tasks or roles when necessary, working both independently and as a team player.
