<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Director of Sourcing and Procurement </strong>to lead Everlaw’s global corporate services across real estate, facilities, and procurement. This leader will support and execute the strategic vision for our global services portfolio and vendor ecosystem, ensuring they reflect our culture, meet our business objectives, and support our employees worldwide. The role will drive cost optimization initiatives, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver operational excellence at scale.</p> <p>Reporting to the CFO, the Director will oversee a team of internal professionals and external partners while working cross-functionally with IT, Security, HR, and Finance. We’re excited to find ways for you to contribute, and will create room for you to learn and grow along the way.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>In your role, youll...</h3> <p><strong>Leadership &amp; Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the procurement team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and strong partnerships across the business.</li> <li>Manage key sourcing relationships across our corporate services.</li> <li>Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the global strategy for real estate and procurement, ensuring alignment with company growth and long-term goals.</li> <li>Own and manage the team’s budget, ensuring disciplined financial management and compliance with internal and external requirements.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with IT, Security, HR, and Finance stakeholders to ensure initiatives are well-integrated and supported across the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Procurement </strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a global procurement program that supports business needs, drives cost efficiency, and enables scalability.</li> <li>Lead vendor selection and negotiations, securing favorable terms while ensuring supplier reliability, performance, and compliance.</li> <li>Implement strategies to optimize spend while maintaining quality and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.</li> <li>Oversee procurement systems and reporting to streamline processes and deliver visibility into spend and performance metrics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategic Sourcing  </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead sourcing activities across Corporate Services, including Facilities, Real Estate, and Professional Services. This involves leading cross-functional teams from strategy development through contracting and implementation.</li> <li>Work closely with functional leaders to manage all real estate needs, including site selection, lease negotiation, and budget optimization<strong>.</strong></li> <li>Define the strategic facility outsourcing strategy and manage all related vendors and partnerships to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.</li> <li>Define and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and internal client satisfaction while ensuring compliance and mitigating supplier risk.</li> <li>Support the prioritization of facility projects (e.g., buildouts, relocations) and collaborate with building management to maintain workplace safety, security, and cultural alignment.</li> </ul> <h3>About you</h3> <ul> <li>You have at least 10 years of progressive experience in <strong>procurement</strong>, with at least 5 years in a <strong>senior leadership role.</strong></li> <li>You have experience negotiating large contracts. </li> <li>You have deep expertise in <strong>sourcing strategy</strong>, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and cost optimization.</li> <li>You have a proven ability to <strong>develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets</strong>, establish key performance metrics, and deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.</li> <li>You have experience <strong>leading facilities operations</strong> and vendor partnerships at scale, ensuring consistent service quality, compliance, and alignment with company goals.</li> <li>You have exceptional <strong>leadership and people management skills</strong>, with experience building and coaching high-performing, customer-focused teams.</li> <li>You have a strong ability to <strong>influence and partner cross-functionally</strong> with Finance, IT, HR, and Security at both strategic and operational levels.</li> <li>You are comfortable operating in a <strong>fast-paced, high-growth global environment</strong>, balancing strategic vision with execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pluses</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have experience with lease negotiation</li> <li>You have experience with facility vendor management</li> <li>You have experience supporting global business operations </li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Authorization</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are authorized to work in the United States. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills.
