We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them. <div>This is where you come in! 👋 </div><div>You’ll be a core member of our TechOps team, delivering software updates and technical changes to our product(s) that allow our customers to thrive and us to grow as we help them focus on their passion over admin. You are interested in working out how to best solve customer-facing technical challenges and help unlock our product engineering teams focus and capacity by owning tactical delivery and regular, fast improvements. You’ll identify where maintenance and technical debt are a problem (or going to be!) and contribute to ensuring these are addressed in the backlog or when we do related work. Primarily you’ll work as part of an agile team to deliver changes in collaboration with our Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer based on product, engineering or design needs.
