We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to work with our EverPro team.You:You are a hunter, with exceptional relationship-building skills and a “believe it’s possible” mindset. You embrace change, and you thrive in a fast-pace, competitive, and growing organization.What you will do:First 1-3 months<ul><li>Learn Improveit 360’s products and market</li><li>Become an expert in the tools necessary to be successful: VanillaSoft, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, call scripts sales rhythms.</li><li>Generate pipeline for the sales consultants through setting appointments for online demonstrations.</li><li>Create sales opportunities through lead generation and outbound prospecting.</li><li>Engage with prospective customers via telephone; 200+ dials per day.</li><li>Build relationships with sales consultants and customer success managers.</li><li>Grow book of business in the Small Business Segment</li><li>Consistently meet monthly KPIs and Sales goals.</li></ul>3-18 Months<ul><li>Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so.</li><li>Begin to expand your knowledge of Improveit 360’s sales methodology and full sales cycle.</li><li>Work with mentors and sales leaders to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.</li></ul>What you need:<ul><li>1-2 years of cold calling experience that includes utilizing a defined sales process to prospect and qualify customers, assess their needs, and position a solution for them.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to make 100+ calls daily. </li><li>OR a recent college graduate who is eager to pursue a career in sales</li></ul>Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
