Our solution is purpose built for the needs of pest control and lawn companies including CRM, scheduling, route optimization, and billing and collection. Our goal is to build software so good that no one can offer a close substitute, and we are building a world-class team to help us grow / scale our capabilities.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop relationships and sales opportunities with medium to enterprise level companies within the pest control and lawn industries</li><li>Work with a team of AE’s and BDR’s to increase market share in your assigned territory</li><li>Exceed assigned sales quotas/objectives and build new revenue through the expansion and growth of business relationships with new customers</li><li>Work with customers to understand and identify their strategic vision and objectives and align our products and services where opportunities exist</li><li>Perform sales presentations/demonstrations to match solutions with identified needs</li><li>Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales by possessing a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process</li><li>Expedite the sales cycle by demonstrating superior knowledge of Briostack solutions</li><li>Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas</li><li>Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors</li></ul>Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:<ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience (SaaS) preferred). Pest Control Industry knowledge is a bonus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience and education</li><li>Proven “hunter background with a track record of continually exceeding quota targets</li><li>Experience building a sales pipeline and positioning business to close. Attention to detail</li><li>Strong analytical skills that enable the development of complete sales cycle.</li><li>Consultative, solution experience selling software products</li><li>Independent thinker, with good judgment skills and proven track record in problem solving</li><li>Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills and oral communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fluid/changing marketplace</li></ul>Where:The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
