This leader will coach, develop, and scale the team to achieve quota attainment, improve customer satisfaction, and deepen adoption of EverHealth solutions. </div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities:</div><div><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team of 6-8 reps. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive expansion revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Establish clear performance expectations, pipeline management, and forecasting rigor. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Implement Sandler methodology and other proven sales frameworks to improve deal qualification and execution. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor customer health and proactively address churn risks. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide regular coaching sessions, deal strategy reviews, and career development guidance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: </div><div><ul><li>5+ years of sales/account management experience, with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership or team lead role. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding expansion/revenue targets. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience leading in SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B software preferred. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong coaching, leadership, and talent development skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM, plus pipeline and forecasting tools. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Where: Boston, MAThis role is based in our Woburn, MA office, right at the intersection of I-93 and I-95 — making commuting easy from Boston, the North Shore, Metro West, Southern NH and beyond.
