In this role, you’ll lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept to launch—designing scalable solutions that power critical legal workflows and equipping personal injury attorneys with the tools they need to advocate effectively for their clients. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams to drive strategy, establish scalable design patterns, and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces. This is a high-leverage opportunity to influence foundational architecture, champion design excellence, and define what great looks like in a technically sophisticated, mission-driven environment. You’ll report to the Head of Design and collaborate with a growing team of designers who care deeply about impact, craft, and consistency across products.
