<h3>THE CHALLENGE</h3> <p>Eventbrite is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of B2B Marketing to lead our Demand Generation efforts to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and advancing the growth of our inbound marketing &amp; demand generation efforts, fostering strong relationships between sales, marketing, data, and product, while delivering on revenue driving goals. </p> <h3>THE ROLE</h3> <p>As the Director of B2B Marketing you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads and increase revenue. You’re comfortable working in a fast paced environment and are a leader, who is data hungry, skilled at understanding the big picture, while testing before scaling, and can enlist the support of cross functional teammates to deliver on business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product marketing, sales, product &amp; eng, and data. You’ll design strategies that target our ideal customers, nurture them through the buyer’s journey, and convert them into loyal customers.</p> <h3>WHAT YOULL DO</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Strategy &amp; Planning</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, aligning with company goals and sales objectives to drive measurable growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.</li> <li>Partner with product, data, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the buyer’s journey and develop demand generation strategies that effectively address our target market’s needs.</li> <li>Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize demand generation tactics, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Campaign Management</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, SEO, SEM, ABM, and social media.</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy to creative development, through deployment and post-campaign analysis.</li> <li>Work with the content team to develop relevant, engaging materials that speak to various stages of the funnel and resonate with target personas.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Funnel Optimization &amp; Lead Management</strong></li> <ul> <li>Drive top-of-funnel and mid-funnel growth by developing high-quality lead generation programs, nurturing programs, and automated workflows that move leads through the sales funnel effectively.</li> <li>Collaborate with the marketing ops, rev ops, sales team to optimize lead scoring and routing, improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, and enhance the handoff process.</li> <li>Partner with our product team to optimize the website and landing pages to improve conversion rates and enhance the user journey, using tools like A/B testing and personalization.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting</strong></li> <ul> <li>Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to leadership teams and recommend adjustments to improve KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and ROI.</li> <li>Forecast demand generation results and track progress against KPIs and revenue goals.</li> </ul> </ul> <h3>WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE</h3> <ul> <li>Achieve Pipeline and Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue goals through successful demand gen campaigns that drive high-quality leads and conversions.</li> <li>High-Performing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs, including lead volume, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, while effectively nurturing prospects through the funnel.</li> <li>Seamless Sales Alignment: Establish a strong partnership with the sales team, resulting in an efficient lead scoring, handoff, and follow-up process that improves lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.</li> <li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyze and leverage data to refine and enhance demand generation strategies, resulting in continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness and overall growth marketing performance.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successfully partner with marketing, content, brand, product, data, sales and rev ops teams to create campaigns that resonate with target personas and address pain points at each stage of the buyer’s journey.</li> <li>Effective Team Leadership Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.</li> <li>Elevated Brand Presence: Contribute to a strong brand presence through effective campaigns that increase awareness, market positioning, and engagement within target audiences.</li> </ul> <h3>WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</h3> <ul> <li>Experience: 10-12+ years in demand generation or growth marketing with a demonstrated ability to achieve lead and pipeline growth.</li> <li>Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, ABM, and content marketing.</li> <li>Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).</li> <li>Analytical Mindset: A data-driven leader with strong quantitative and analytical skills to guide strategic decisions.</li> <li>Collaborative Leader: Proven track record of working cross-functionally and leading high-performance teams to meet business goals.</li> <li>Industry Knowledge: Experience in marketplaces, creator economy, consumer / b2b tech are a plus</li> </ul><div><h3><strong>ABOUT EVENTBRITE</strong></h3> <p>At Eventbrite everyone is invited to be their whole self and we cultivate an environment to make sure that is feasible throughout the entirety of an individuals time at Eventbrite.
