It also has a rapidly developing presence in highly specialised and molecular clinical diagnostic testing and in-vitro diagnostic products.</p><p>The groups key figures are approximately: Turnover of 6.5 billion euros, more than 940 laboratories in 62 countries and around 62,000 employees.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>The Release Manager role will be responsible for deploying builds across the environment, on-boarding new environment , Handling transversal projects and create release management related document and share release plan with the stakeholders </strong></p><ul><li>Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality</li><li>Facilitate release activities across all releases, mainly with ensuring quality, timely deployments across environments</li><li>Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.</li><li>Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates</li><li>Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.</li><li>Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews with stakeholders</li><li>Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans</li><li>Participate in CAB meetings to present Production changes (RFCs)</li><li>Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.</li><li>Weekly Release Reporting with Program release manager.</li><li>Own and continually improve the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve processes, able to recommend continuous improvements viz: automation .</li><li>Comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchical levels for smooth project execution. Enjoys managing complex projects involving challenges.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul><li>English Language is mandatory to collaborate in a global environment, including writing, speaking and presenting.</li><li>Understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) pipelines</li><li>Good understanding of cloud deployment, preferably Azure and Agile practice</li><li>Knowledge on Deployment tool like Octopus</li><li>Knowledge on MS Project, Excel-Macros</li><li>Document Management for adhere to Audit Compliance process is an added advantage</li><li>4 to 5 years of relevant release and deployment management experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams towards task completion</li><li>Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills</li><li>Strong in troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.<br /> <br /> <strong>Desired Technical Stack:</strong></li><li>Platforms : Windows, Linux.</li><li>Database : MSSQL</li><li>Ticketing Tools: Service now</li><li>Cloud Environment :  MS Azure</li><li>CI and Build Deployment Tools :  Octopus Deploy</li><li>Version Control Tool : Azure Devops</li><li>Monitoring tools : Grafana</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Working hours:<br /> <br /> Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00 Hybrid Work</p><p> </p>
