Our product engineers provide a strong technical voice in the product development process and use the best tools available to build highly reliable, sustained and evolutionary software.</p> <p>Security engineers build, test, and document Esri products like ArcGIS Enterprise. They design security features, test security integration, find security weaknesses in the software, and guide users on how to harden the software. Esris development efforts are fast-paced and using cutting-edge technology. There are few jobs that are more demanding and fewer that are more rewarding.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Penetration testing of the ArcGIS Enterprise product suite, including the reporting of vulnerabilities, and validating fixes to those vulnerabilities</li> <li>Lead cross-team security projects to address security vulnerabilities</li> <li>Design security functionality to improve ArcGIS Enterprise</li> <li>Create and execute test plans for testing integration with third-party security components such as identity providers and directory servers</li> <li>Advise and guide Esri support and professional services staff on security-related issues</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of security application security experience (either in securing third-party applications or building applications)</li> <li>Excellent technical problem-solving skills</li> <li>Great communications skills, including the ability to communicate with team members at remote locations</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills, especially the ability to work cross-team and lead efforts</li> <li>Bachelors in computer science, GIS or similar field</li> </ul> <p><strong>Recommended Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Masters in computer science, GIS or similar field</li> <li>Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise</li> <li>Experience working on a development team</li> </ul> <p><span>#LI-TA1</span></p> <p><span>#LI-Hybrid</span></p><div><div><div><p><strong>Total Rewards</strong></p> <p>Esri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
