<div><div><div><h2>Join our Team</h2></div><div><p><strong>About this opportunity:</strong></p><p>We are now looking for an EMM (Ericsson Multi Mediation) engineer who will be responsible for mediation environment &amp; service logic configuration to fulfill customer requirements. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and fix issues related to business logic or EMM processing.</li><li>Test and validate configurations in development and testing environments.</li><li>Develop using JavaScript, Shell scripting, DUP language.</li><li>Write configuration logic documents, deployment MOPs and handover documents.</li><li>Configure and manage real-time processing flows within EMM for online mediation.</li><li>Ensuring quality of service &amp; quick time for service delivery.</li><li>Attend customer meetings and collect requirements.</li><li>Innovate and develop in-house services that contribute to a delightful customer experience with enhancement of time to market.</li><li>Follow up on KPIs for all running systems.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The skills you bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, IT, Telecom).</li><li>Ericsson Multi Mediation (EMM) experience is preferred.</li><li>Database knowledge is preferred.</li><li>Software development background.</li><li>Computer skills – Algorithm, Scripting &amp; Automation.</li><li>Ericsson Business Process.</li><li>Customer Satisfaction.</li></ul></div></div></div>
