Youll be at the forefront of shaping our digital and social media presence through automated content creation, dynamic frameworks, and Generative AI technologies.  </div><div>As part of the Paid &amp; Social Media team within Group Function Marketing, and reporting to the Global Head of Paid &amp; Social Media, you’ll help ensure that creativity and automation fuels attention—not replaces it—and that Ericsson shows up with creative that’s as relevant as it is efficient.   <div><div> </div></div></div></div></div><div><div><h2>Key Responsibilities </h2></div><div> AI-Driven Creative Strategy &amp; Innovation <ul><li>Develop and execute automated creative workflows powered by GenAI tools. </li><li>Explore AI-driven content personalization for social media and digital campaigns. </li><li>Optimize creative production using machine learning and automation techniques. </li><li>Provide thought leadership on AI trends and creative automation. </li></ul> Social Media &amp; Content Execution <ul><li>Creative production for engaging digital experiences. </li><li>Manage social media content production, ensuring brand alignment and storytelling consistency. </li><li>Leverage design and creative tools for scalable, high-quality assets. </li><li>Work closely with internal teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into marketing workflows. </li></ul> Center of Excellence for Social Channels <ul><li>Act as Ericsson’s Center of Excellence for digital &amp; social media, driving innovation and consistency across platforms. </li><li>Implement creative best practices for LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels. </li><li>Develop channel-specific creative strategies that maximize engagement, reach, and brand impact. </li><li>Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm shifts, and platform innovations. </li><li>Ensure cross-platform synergies while maintaining unique storytelling approaches for each channel. </li></ul> Tool Implementation &amp; Optimization <ul><li>Evaluate and implement AI-powered creative tools. </li><li>Define KPIs for creative performance and audience engagement. </li><li>Continuously optimize automation processes for efficiency and scalability. </li><li>Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in content production. </li></ul> Collaboration &amp; Leadership <ul><li>Globally partner up and collaborate to scale content strategies. </li><li>Train internal teams on creative tools and methodologies. </li><li>Act as a subject matter expert, driving innovation in creative automation. </li><li>Foster a culture of experimentation and creativity within the paid and social team and the broader organization. </li></ul> </div></div><div><div><h2>What We’re Looking For </h2></div><div> <ul><li>7+ years of experience in social creative production, social media strategy, and digital content production.</li><li>Deep expertise in AI-driven creative tools and Generative AI applications.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing platforms and their implementation.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to leverage insights for creative optimization.</li><li>Exceptional ability to merge creativity, automation, and strategic thinking.</li><li>A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for  innovation in digital marketing.</li></ul> This is a full-time role based in Stockholm (Kista), with a flexible hybrid work setup.
