In this role, you will lead projects assessing the condition of buildings, managing teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This position requires on-site visits to federal facilities, so local candidates are preferred. </span></div><h3>Job Description:</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage FCA projects from planning, scheduling, survey walkthroughs, and data deliverables </li><li>Perform technical oversight and review of FCAs, including building systems evaluations, asset inventory, condition assessments, and recommendations </li><li>Oversee/lead teams that conduct on-site walkthroughs of buildings and facilities; ensure teams document findings accurately </li><li>Communicate timelines and share feedback from clients and other subcontractors </li><li>Serve as the primary client point of contact for project updates, scheduling, and technical questions </li><li>Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery </li><li>Ensure quality of data and reports delivered to the clients </li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements </li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Skills:</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of project management experience </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience performing and/or managing Facilities Condition Assessments (FCAs) </li><li>Direct working knowledge of FCA processes, building systems, and reporting requirements </li><li>Ability and willingness to participate in on-site building walkthroughs </li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred but not required </li><li>Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance; Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations </li></ul><div>ERG offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, a generous 401k plan, profit sharing, an EAP, 11-20 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, 56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro-rated for part-time) and more.
