As our Forge&amp;Build division continues to expand and integrate new business operations, this role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and effective utilization of various platforms to support financial operations activities.</p> <p><span><strong><em>Salary range: $82k-$93k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. </em></strong></span></p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p><strong>Data Acquisition, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and Integration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into Epicor BisTrack.</li> <li>Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Monitor and optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency.</li> <li>Acquire and prepare data from various sources for import into Epicor BisTrack.</li> <li>Collaborate with relevant departments to define data requirements and ensure data availability.</li> <li>Leverage the use of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) to deliver data to downstream ERPs and bolt-on systems.</li> <li>Integrate Epicor’s software with other systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>ERP Administration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Epicor BisTrack.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, minimizing operational disruptions.</li> <li>Manage user access, permissions, and security within these environments.</li> <li>Perform routine system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to address performance or functionality issues.</li> <li>Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.</li> <li>Assist in supporting online sales, customer interactions and order processing.</li> <li>Assist in managing website backend data for content, product catalogs, fulfillment workflows, etc...</li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial Reporting and Analysis:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Generate and distribute financial reports using data from Epicor BisTrack and other relevant systems.</li> <li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Support financial audits and compliance activities by providing necessary data and reports.</li> <li>Assist accounting teams in report creation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Project Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in system upgrades, implementations, migrations and enhancements.</li> <li>Manage small to medium-sized projects related to financial systems.</li> <li>Provide business insight and continuity through strong documentation practices.</li> <li>Ability to bridge finance and technical teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
