Your Impact

As Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our financial transparency and accountability. You’ll own the production of timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports that guide strategic decisions at the highest level. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you’ll ensure our financial data tells a clear story — and that it’s always audit-ready, regulator-approved, and primed for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Produce and deliver timely, accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports, including management accounts, variance analysis, and board packs.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Manage external audit processes, R&D tax claims, and statutory reporting with confidence and precision.
• Lead improvements in financial reporting systems and processes, leveraging tools like NetSuite, Power BI, and AI-based automation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with reliable historical reporting and data-driven insights.
• Develop internal controls and reporting structures that scale with business growth.

Your Success Will Be Measured By

• 100% on-time delivery of monthly management accounts with actionable commentary
• Finalisation of audit deliverables within 3 months of year-end
• <2.5% variance in cash flow reporting and forecasting accuracy
• Implementation of automation-led reporting tools that drive efficiency and clarity

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a financial reporting or controllership role, ideally in a tech or fast-paced commercial environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (UK GAAP/IFRS) and compliance requirements
• Advanced skills in reporting tools and finance systems – you know your way around NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel models
• A meticulous eye for detail with a knack for turning complex data into business-ready insights
• A growth mindset – youre always looking for ways to improve processes and reduce reporting cycles
