<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Optimize reconciliation processes and ensure efficiency within the payments platform. </li><li>Participate in the reconciliation process, enhancing observability into transactions, and fortifying the platforms resiliency against potential disruptions. </li><li>Provide technical mentorship to offshore development unit in India, crafting the foundational code architecture, overseeing project ownership, and shepherding them to fruition. </li><li>Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and testable code. </li><li>Review and evaluate code quality and design, and mentor junior developers to follow coding standards. </li><li>Balance implementation complexity, time to market, and scalability. Standardize code and architecture across the team. </li><li>Solve technical problems by working closely with Development Managers, UX, Product Managers, and offshore teams. </li><li>Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. </li><li>Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. </li><li>Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. </li><li>Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. </li><li>Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. </li><li>Position allows telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. </li><li>Identify and solve the worst bottlenecks that affect overall productivity and efficiency across several teams (e.g. developer workflows, CI/CD pipeline issues, missing tools). </li><li>Predict how the architecture will scale, when it is likely to break, and drive an agenda to improve the architecture on a 2+ year timeframe. </li><li>Decide what architecture patterns and technologies are used to solve business problems. </li></ul><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Biotechnology, Information Technology, or related field, plus 7 years of professional experience as Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or any occupation/position/job title involving coding and fullstack software engineering.</li><li>Must also have the following:</li><li>7 years of professional experience performing full stack development using JavaScript and SQL;</li><li>7 years of professional experience performing performance optimization, debugging, and unit testing; </li><li>7 years of professional experience modifying existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, upgrade interfaces, and improve performance; </li><li>7 years of professional experience working on domestic and international payments.</li></ul><div><span>CONTACT: Apply online at </span><a href="https://jobs.lever.co/entrata">https://jobs.lever.co/entrata</a></div><div>#IN-DNI #LI-DNI</div>
