This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with legal standards and to facilitate smooth corporate transactions <ul> <li>Drive commercial transactions to closure efficiently and prudently.</li> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction agreements.</li> <li>Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring stakeholders understand contract implications.</li> <li>Provide legal advice on risk assessment and compliance with relevant laws.</li> <li>Collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues and ensure policy adherence.</li> <li>Manage multiple deals simultaneously, overcoming roadblocks and ensuring timely completion.</li> <li>Deliver training on legal strategies and transaction issues to client groups.</li> <li>Continuously enhance transaction support processes.</li> </ul> We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. To be considered for this role, its important that you meet all Required Qualifications.  Required Qualifications: <ul> <li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.</li> <li>Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in complex commercial transactions within an IT Managed Service Provider.</li> <li>Proven success in contract review, drafting, and negotiation for technology-related sales and outsourcing.</li> <li>Understanding of data privacy laws and their impact on transactions.</li> <li>Experience with government contracts and enterprise customer interactions.</li> <li>Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.</li> </ul> Why Ensono?   Ensono is a place to make better happen – for our clients and for your career. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
