About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Manager/Sr. Manager to join our Product Management team in Denver. This role is pivotal in leading efforts to enhance the customer experience for small businesses across various platforms, including web and communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in experimenting with and optimizing our product roadmaps, and will work closely with internal teams such as Design, Sales, Data Analytics, and Marketing. This position calls for a leader who is innovative, decisive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the SMB products merchant and partner experience.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing product management team, hiring and mentoring to foster collaboration.
- Use data-driven analysis to guide product performance, ensuring effective communication within the team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Support teams to create customer-centric products.
- Work closely with engineering to determine optimal technical solutions for customer and business goals.
- Continuously improve product management processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Product Management Expertise: 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and successful product launches. FinTech experience is a plus.
- Leadership: 5+ years of demonstrated leadership in developing and guiding product management teams.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent abilities in analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong skills in collaboration and communication, effectively used to influence and align stakeholders.
- Customer-Facing Products: Proven track record in launching and managing customer-facing products.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Experience collaborating with business, design, and engineering teams to deliver top-tier user experiences.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $185,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
