Our aim is to safeguard and monitor every stakeholder involved in the bankruptcy process diligently. Consider this role as a chance to develop a pathway and take ownership of a pivotal aspect of our operations. This role will report to the Senior Lead, SMB Recovery. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Process, draft, and submit documents related to bankruptcy proceedings.</li> <li>Obtain credit reports and prepare and file Proofs of Claim.</li> <li>Facilitate ongoing communication between Enova and opposing legal representatives.</li> <li>Oversee all new bankruptcy filings and monitor existing cases.</li> <li>Provide support for contested and special litigation cases.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>1 or more years of experience within a similar role</li> <li>Comprehensive understanding of the bankruptcy process, including petition preparation, proof of claim filing, and responding to opposing parties.</li> <li>Ability to effectively manage deadlines and tasks with meticulous attention to detail and organization.</li> <li>Proficient writing skills and experience in legal research.</li> <li>Preferably possess a paralegal certificate.</li> </ul> Compensation: The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $44,000 to $65,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus.
