We are one the fastest growing companies in our space, and consistently rated as the best tool in the market by our customers. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><b>The Role</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>As a Human Data Operations Strategist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing data annotation and machine learning workflows for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clients, annotation specialists, and machine learning engineers, to ensure high-quality data is available for AI models. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for AI, data operations, and solving real-world problems.</span></div><h3>Your Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><b>Project Leadership –</b> Oversee data annotation projects, translating complex AI and machine learning requirements into clear workflows and instructions for data annotation teams.</li><li><b>Data Quality Optimization </b>– Ensure the highest standards of data quality by  designing and refining annotation processes, auditing results, and. implementing feedback loops.</li><li><b>Client &amp; Stakeholder Engagement </b>– Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design and implement the best data annotation workflow for their human annotation process.</li><li><b>Annotators Training &amp; Coaching–</b> Provide guidance and feedback to the  annotation team, ensuring team members are equipped with the context and skills needed to perform high-quality work aligned with project requirements and best practices.</li><li><b>Product Innovation</b> – Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive improvements in AI training data processes, tools, and methodologies.</li></ul><h3>About you:</h3><ul><li>You have 3+ years of professional experiences, ideally from top strategy consulting firms and/or best-in-class AI companies.</li><li>You have strong experience in project management, data operations, and/or AI-related workflows.</li><li>You are proficient in scripting languages like Python, SQL, or familiarity with relational databases and data annotation tools.</li><li>You are a problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to managing projects.</li><li>You are passionate in AI and machine learning, with experience in computer vision or generative AI being a strong plus.</li><li>You thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions.</li><li>You have communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear action plans.</li></ul><div><b>What we offer:</b></div><div><br /></div><div>- Competitive salary, commission and equity in a hyper growth startup.</div><div>- Strong in person culture (3+ days a week in our London office)</div><div>- Annual learning and development budget.</div><div>- Bi-annual off-sites and monthly socials.</div><div>- If youre excited about working on cutting-edge AI data solutions and making a real impact in the field of machine learning, wed love to hear from you!</div>
