As our </span><b>Head of Content</b><span>, youll own and scale our global content engine in one of the most exciting spaces in tech. This is a high-impact role at the core of our pipeline strategy - where your work will directly influence how prospects discover, evaluate, and buy. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Youll lead content strategy, creation, and distribution, focusing on the formats that matter most - whether thats scaling our video and webinar programs, launching a flagship podcast series, or pioneering new content experiences that create buzz. If you want to create content that fuels growth in one of the most exciting spaces in tech, this is your opportunity.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build a scalable content engine - identifying key formats, topics, and channels that move the needle across the buyer journey, including video content, webinars, and podcasts</li><li>Create sophisticated, technical content that positions us as thought leaders among senior AI executives and decision-makers</li><li>Own our content ecosystem through a commercial lens - ensuring every piece attracts the right audience, resonates with their needs, and drives conversions</li><li>Pioneer new content formats that create buzz and expand our reach while driving pipeline</li><li>Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales to ensure all content is accurate and compelling</li><li>Conduct prospect research to inform content strategy and voice-of-customer messaging</li><li>Represent the company at events, conferences, and partner gatherings (flexible travel schedule averaging 2 weeks per quarter across Europe and USA, planned well in advance)</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>You have at least 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with minimum 2 years leading content teams</li><li>Youve built scalable content operations using AI - from automating workflows and personalizing content at scale to creating systematic processes that multiply output without sacrificing quality</li><li>Experience creating content for ML, Data Science, or DataOps personas is highly desirable</li><li>Youve successfully produced diverse content formats including video, webinars, or podcasts that drive both engagement and conversions</li><li>You understand how to create technical, substantive content that earns the respect of senior leaders and technical audiences</li><li>Youre both commercial and strategic - understanding how to place smart bets on content activities that drive the greatest business impact</li><li>You can develop high-level strategy but also roll up your sleeves and execute</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and changing priorities - you take initiative without waiting for perfect conditions</li></ul><div><b>What We Offer</b></div><div><br /></div><div>- Competitive salary, commission and equity in a hyper growth business.</div><div>- Strong in-person culture: most of our team is in the office 3+ days a week.</div><div>- Room to grow into anything you choose to — a year ago we were 25 people, now were 60.
