What You’ll Do
Own the AQCO Training Execution Strategy
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of a centralized training execution model across all sites
- Ensure training content is delivered consistently and efficiently via digital tools and LMS platforms
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness, compliance, and business impact
- Implement governance, process enhancements, and tech integrations to streamline global training operations
Optimize Training Operations
- Develop scalable, high-impact workflows and governance models to drive training execution efficiency
- Monitor and analyze training completion rates, competency assessments, and compliance metrics, driving continuous improvement
- Proactively identify and solve site-specific challenges, ensuring seamless training execution
- Keep leadership informed with regular updates on training performance and opportunities for enhancement
Engage & Influence Stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Global Learning & Development (L&D), Site Operations, IT, and Quality teams to align training execution with business priorities.
- Act as the bridge between site teams and central L&D, ensuring training delivery meets business and regulatory needs.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new training models.
- Engage site leadership and key stakeholders to drive adoption and optimization of the training execution framework
What You’ll Bring
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific field related to the laboratory, such as Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Engineering or related a Life Sciences field
- 7+ years of experience in in the pharmaceutical industry including leadership, training implementation, quality training, or operations management within a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, or manufacturing preferred)
- Deep understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
Preferred:
- Change management expertise—skilled in leading organizations through training transformations
- Advanced analytics capability—able to track, measure, and enhance training effectiveness through data-driven insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management—adept at engaging and influencing global teams and senior leadership
- Proven track record of driving training strategy, execution, and continuous improvement in a complex, multi-site environment
- Experience in laboratory environments—understanding lab workflows, compliance needs, and lab-specific training execution
- Strong project management skills—capable of overseeing global training rollouts and cross-functional initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory training requirements
This role requires the individual to be onsite in Indianapolis, IN at least 3 days per week and is not approved for remote work.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$111,000 - $162,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
