Leads implementation of strategy at local site by collaborating with global and regional functional and cross functional partners.</li><li>Develops and maintains core and emerging capabilities to set GSC up for Best-in-Class content creation, strategy, and delivery. Capabilities include (but not limited to): regulatory and submission writing; transparency; publication writing, strategy, and planning; structured and component authoring; and data visualization.</li><li>Partners with a team of functional experts to execute the GSC Transformation Map driving continuous improvement of processes and tools to enable strategic capabilities.</li><li>Leads on the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions that align with GSC business goals.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring and continually improving capabilities through the collection and analysis of key metrics, feedback from internal business partners and stakeholders, and engaging with professional organizations.</li><li>Champions and leads initiatives focused on process improvement, automation and innovation in partnership with functional capability leads.</li><li>Drives continuous improvement in technology and process solutions that enable integrated data and analytics capabilities to impact productivity, efficiency gains, and user experience.</li><li>Provides business and operational data analysis and leadership for GSC Cork/Bengaluru Leadership Team.</li><li>Partners across functions for continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Enterprise Leadership<ul><li>Within functional and cross-functional teams, adjusts to changing business priorities and needs. </li><li>Monitors the external environment for trends and best practices to grow GSC capabilities.
