Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Associate Director – Global Environmental Sustainability (P4) to provide functional ownership of Eli Lilly’s environmental sustainability program and associated environmental-related external disclosures. Network internally and externally to ensure that current and emerging global regulatory requirements, stakeholder expectations, and best practices are integrated into Lilly’s sustainability strategy. Enhance and drive the company’s climate policy and implement actions in alignment with global frameworks and evolving regulations. Lead the execution and communication of our environmental sustainability goals, metrics and external disclosures and facilitation of data assurance processes. Monitor and understand evolving global climate and environmental sustainability regulations and drive changes to align with stakeholder expectations. Coordinate water, waste, biodiversity and other environmental strategies and data. ## LI-DNI

Position requires 10 years of experience in environmental sustainability and external disclosures and reporting. Experience must include a minimum of: 10 years of experience with sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas calculations, and goal setting and implementation; 10 years of experience with environmental affairs, sustainability, and product stewardship; 10 years of experience leading strategic sustainability and energy efficiency projects; 10 years of experience managing Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) disclosures, creating data analytics for ESG material topics, and developing new solutions for sustainability programs; and 10 years of experience managing corporate reporting in line with recognized ESG standards and frameworks. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$153,321

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
