You’ll own both revenue outcomes and team performance. In this role, you will:<ol><li>Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design across U.S. commercial accounts.</li><li>Lead, coach, and scale a team of Commercial AEs - recruiting, enabling, and driving results.</li><li>Monitor pipeline health, forecast, and improve conversion metrics across stages.</li><li>Define sales playbooks, sales motions, objection frameworks, and deal models tailored to voice AI / conversational use cases.</li><li>Partner with marketing, product, growth, and customer success to align messaging, positioning, and cross-sell/expansion motion.</li><li>Build feedback loops - gather insights from prospects and clients to guide product roadmap.</li><li>Own key, strategic deals yourself (especially early / major logos) to lead by example. </li></ol><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>7+ years of SaaS / technology sales leadership experience.</li><li>Proven track record scaling AE teams and surpassing revenue targets.</li><li>Deep understanding of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and sales process best practices.</li><li>Experience selling technical / AI / API solutions to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast, ambiguous, high-growth environment. </li></ul><h3>Location</h3>This role is remote across the US, but if you prefer, you can work from our offices in San Fransisco or New York.#LI-remote
