You will work closely with global colleagues to provide practical, business-oriented advice that enables growth while managing risk across multiple jurisdictions.Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.</li><li>Partner with regional sales, business development, and operations teams to design and implement strategies that support high-growth go-to-market initiatives.</li><li>Monitor and interpret evolving legal and regulatory developments, including data protection, technology, and AI-related frameworks, and apply this knowledge to contract drafting and risk assessment.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional requirements and industry best practices.</li><li>Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams, balancing innovation with regulatory compliance.</li><li>Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function, fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture.</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Curious about the future of AI and emerging technologies, with enthusiasm for applying your legal expertise to cutting-edge products.</li><li>Experienced in navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to manage ambiguity and make informed, timely decisions.</li><li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global colleagues.</li><li>Proactive, business-minded, and committed to delivering practical solutions that support both compliance and commercial success.</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>JD with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York preferred).</li><li>6-12 years of relevant legal experience (in-house experience with technology or SaaS companies strongly preferred).</li><li>Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.</li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property.</li><li>Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>#LI-Remote
