Subcontract Administrator Sr.

Location:  This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

Hours:  Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST.

The Subcontractor Administrator Sr. is responsible for development, negotiation, and administration of federal subcontracts while monitoring compliance with government regulations.

How you will make an Impact: 

  • Performs due diligence on potential offerors, issuing solicitations, reviewing and evaluating offers, price analysis and negotiation, awarding and administering complex subcontract agreements, and subcontract close-out activities.

  • Ensures compliance with federal regulations, procurement policies and procedures.

  • Maintains official procurement files within the system or other designated department records repository.

  • Maintains awareness of changes in government regulations and develops recommendations regarding company policies and practices.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and subcontracting concerns.

  • Drafts and reviews agreements such as subcontract, teaming, non-disclosure, software license, interconnection security agreements, escrow and other legal documents.  

  • Provides advice and assistance to management in resolving subcontracting concerns, including matters involving Contractor Purchasing System Reviews.

  • Provides leadership, mentoring and direction to procurement team associates.

  • Provides support for medium to large scale proposal efforts.  

  • Acts as liaison with Contract Administration, Operations, and Legal to mitigate risk.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial and/or government related subcontracting; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

  • This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants to meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • A firm understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) including contract types, and the ability to comprehend and apply laws and regulations applicable to business operations in a government contracting environment is strongly preferred.

  • Certified Federal Contract Management (CFCM) designation preferred.

  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $93,472 to $140,208.
