All about the role:

  • Coordinate all activities associated with the Distributor/Trade Customer email ordering process.

  • Coordinate all activities associated with the Distributor/Trade Customer 1300 phone facility

  • Administration tasks associated with Sales orders, Credit return orders

  • Any other tasks as directed by the Sales Support Manager &/or their nominees

  • Proactive liaison with Spare Parts Inventory Control and Service Engineering for customer support

  • Willingness to be flexible throughout the day on task prioritization.

What you’ll do:

  • Interacting with customers (Distributor/Trade/End Consumers) via phones/emails

  • Customer support, providing parts interpretation for customers

  • Taking orders for End consumers

  • Interacting with Inventory Control, Purchasing, Service Engineering on stock, orders, parts views.

  • Hours are flexible

  • Hybrid working

  • Year 12 qualifications (but not essential)
