All about the role:
Coordinate all activities associated with the Distributor/Trade Customer email ordering process.
Coordinate all activities associated with the Distributor/Trade Customer 1300 phone facility
Administration tasks associated with Sales orders, Credit return orders
Any other tasks as directed by the Sales Support Manager &/or their nominees
Proactive liaison with Spare Parts Inventory Control and Service Engineering for customer support
Willingness to be flexible throughout the day on task prioritization.
What you’ll do:
Interacting with customers (Distributor/Trade/End Consumers) via phones/emails
Customer support, providing parts interpretation for customers
Taking orders for End consumers
Interacting with Inventory Control, Purchasing, Service Engineering on stock, orders, parts views.
Hours are flexible

Year 12 qualifications (but not essential)
