Business Area & the role
You will be the connection between Quality organization and Market via Customer and Consumer Service organization. You will become an expert for a range of our products, and you will initiate activities for continuous improvements of product quality performance thus aiming to increase the positive experience of our consumers. You will be strongly involved in supporting the development of new products as well.
Job responsibilities
Analyze consumer and service feedback from company databases and direct engagement, identify areas of opportunity for improvement, coordinate corrective/preventive actions related to field quality/market quality. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Follow / approve the closure of the actions defined to solve the quality issues. Report out field quality product performance. Site visiting (warehouses/customers as required/laboratories) to assess unit conditions/operating environment/action execution. Lead problem solving groups to timely identify and address root cause. Knowledgeable of quality improvement tools and methods (8D/DMAIC/PDCA). Support the field test of the appliances.

Educational Requirements
BS Degree in Engineering
Experience and Skill Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality or engineering, excellent written and verbal communication skills, Statistical data analysis, Root cause analysis, Team player and team leader, project management skills, ability and willingness to travel as necessary (up to 40% of the time). Considered a plus is the knowledge of appliance components and product functionality (knowledge of possible defects of the products)
