Youll drive innovation through delivering solutions for our Contact Center, Field service operations, and B2B Partners. Your expertise will shape detailed designs, architectures, and process artifacts, implementing best in class Low code/No code applications using Power Platform capabilities across the globe.Working in agile product teams, youll collaborate closely with Product Managers, refining backlog, and prioritizing tasks. Youll be pivotal in transforming our complex IT delivery landscape, consulting with stakeholders like Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, End users to ensure successful continuous delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various Power Platform components, including but not limited to Power Automate, Dataverse, Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Copilot, security, user management, CI/CD pipelines, and integration of Power Apps with third-party applications using technologies like REST API, SOAP, etc. Your main tasks include:<ul><li>Be responsible of establishing governance and administration of the Platform. (CI/CD Pipelines, Environment setup, Security and access management, rollout of applications across markets and regions, etc.)</li><li>Develop, customize, and maintain Power Platform solutions tailored to business requirements.</li><li>Design, build, and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.</li><li>Create Canvas apps and Model-driven apps with a focus on user experience and functionality.</li><li>Integrate Power Apps with third-party applications using REST API, SOAP, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure the overall integrity of the entire systems landscape.</li><li>Extend knowledge in Cloud-native technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.</li><li>Acted as a trusted advisor of Power platform for our Product, Engineering, and wider stakeholders within our organization.</li><li>Understand industry best practices and play an active role in building Power platform community of practice and produce materials that will guide other developers and users in expanding their knowledge of the platform.</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Has Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Has minimum of 5 years of professional experience as Power platform expert.</li><li>Proven expertise in Power platform services and components.</li><li>Experience in integrating Power Apps with third-party applications using REST API, SOAP, etc.</li><li>Strong understanding of security, user management, and CI/CD pipelines within Power Platform.</li><li>Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Keen interest in extending knowledge in Cloud-native technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.</li><li>Experience or knowledge of CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP Sales/Service Cloud is a big advantage.</li></ul> Where youll be:You will be based in Bengaluru, India allowing the possibility to work remotely.Benefit highlights include: ·  Flexible work hours/hybrid work environment. .
