We’re looking for a Range Manager to join our team in Luton and take ownership of a key product category within our Care portfolio. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing product strategy, driving commercial success, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Line teams to ensure our products succeed in the market.  What you’ll do:<ul><li>Translating business strategy into actionable product plans focused on volume, revenue, market share, and profitability.</li><li>Leading product launches, including pricing, distribution, and promotional planning.</li><li>Supporting Sales with range reviews and customer presentations.</li><li>Conducting market analysis and sharing insights to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Evaluating central product proposals and ensuring alignment with UK market needs.</li><li>Managing product profitability and making data-driven commercial decisions.</li><li>Acting as the category expert, supporting training and messaging across teams.</li><li>Monitoring product performance and ensuring a strong consumer experience.  </li></ul>What you’ll bring:<ul><li>Initial experience in marketing, sales, or product development.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing abilities.</li><li>A proactive approach with the confidence to take initiative and make decisions.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong networks.</li><li>Experience working in a matrix organisation and forming effective relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  </li></ul>Why join us?You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team, working in a fast-paced environment where your ideas and insights will help shape the future of our product offering.
