Position: Product Sourcing Organization (PSO) Business Controller

Reporting to: VP Global Procurement Finance  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The PSO Business Controller is result driven with leading role in financial management and strategic planning within the Product Sourcing Organization (PSO). He/She has proven track record as the principal financial partner to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of PSO, leading a high-performing controlling team. He/She manages critical business cases, ensuring compliance, and driving performance through comprehensive financial and non-financial KPIs. The PSO Business Controller has great ability to interact with several parts of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Principal Financial Partner: Serve as the key financial advisor to the SVP of PSO, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the controlling team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving organizational goals and enhancing performance.
  • Performance Measurement: Oversee the development and implementation of financial and non-financial KPIs to monitor and improve PSO performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Business Case Management: Manage and evaluate significant business cases, conducting thorough financial analysis to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance Safeguard: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks and maintaining the integrity of financial operations. Strengthened compliance protocols, reducing risk exposure and ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Process Development: Strongly involved in process development, both for IT new systems and Continuous Improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
