In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together. Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home! Online Trade Marketing Specialist CZ&amp;SKAbout the role:The mission of trade marketing team is increasing sell-out of our products for our key brands, Electrolux and AEG, within the Czech and Slovak markets.By shaping and improving all available touchpoints of our Customers (Trade Partners) and deploying high-quality assets for them, we create remarkable consumer experiences offline and online.In this role you will report directly to Marketing Manager &amp; Trade Marketing Operations Manager CZ/SK.In detail you will:<ul><li>Deploy sell-out driving activities with top E-tailers (A Partners): mini-sites/ in-pages, brand-zones, asset deployment (pictures, animations, rich media), consumer promotion information</li><li>Measurement of on-site performance Electrolux per E-tailer: traffic, clicks, conversions, etc.</li><li>Drive high quality content and product information on our A/B Customer websites as well as on key Comparison websites</li><li>Online Promotions on A partners web sites supporting the sales, review generation, brand awareness and performance</li><li>Optimize brand and product content on E-tailer sites (logo placement, product descriptions, product positioning, cross-selling etc.)</li><li>Monitor online KPIs such as share of display online, websites with rich content, etc.</li></ul>Minimum qualifications:<ul><li>1 – 2 years of experience in Trade marketing with focus on online</li><li>Direct experience in managing sell-out performance via data analysis</li><li>Knowledge and understanding on how to effectively build and drive communication across multiple touchpoints to drive sell-out</li><li>Previous experience of implementing Digital strategy (online promotions, digital campaigns, etc.) at trade partners websites is highly preferable</li><li>Experience with e-commerce solutions/online retail partners</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to details</li><li>Fluent English and Czech or Slovak language</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Proactive - keen for new experiences, responsibility and accountability, you are self-driven with the desire to continuously learn</li><li>Team player-able to build consensus and work effectively within cross-functional teams</li><li>Analytical thinker- you are able to combine data from multiple sources, set priorities, analyze it in a structured way and able to come up with logical conclusions</li><li>Expert- you have a passion for creating &amp; optimizing digital solutions and sharing that knowledge with others.</li></ul>Where you will be: Electrolux s.r.o., Vyskočilova 1561/4a, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech RepublicBenefits highlights:<ul><li>Great team atmosphere and chance to work in a global organization</li><li>Permanent position within stable and global company</li><li>25 days holidays</li><li>3 sick days per year</li><li>Meal vouchers</li><li>Sports activities allowance</li><li>English language courses</li><li>Hybrid working model (50% from home, 50% office)</li><li>Easily accessible modern office (Brumlovka Pankrác)</li><li>Contribution for home office</li><li>Pension contribution</li></ul>As part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
