What youll do:

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of duties in support of the planning of arrival of raw materials in the plant and of finished products leaving the plant.

In detail, you will:

Plan and buy components at the right price, quality, and quantity and at the right time
Manage relationships with existing suppliers
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to cover quality, quantity, and delivery
Stay up to date with production plan and reacting to changes in demand
Monitor stock value and outstanding orders
Liaise with colleagues in discrepancy of delivering /packing and non-conforming parts to suppliers
Write reports and attend meetings with supervisors
Optimize transportation cost
Plan and buy components follow ECN&ECR project

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in material planning, production planning, and supply chain from international manufacturing environment
