The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and eager to grow within the company.This role supports the analysis, improvement, and monitoring of equipment and process reliability, with a strong emphasis on soft skills such as time management, teamwork, and effective communication.What you’ll do<ul><li>Validate products in accord with Reliability specifications and conduct testing on: <ul><li>Product accelerated life test, simulating customer habits</li><li>Product test Routine</li><li>Thermal performance over the time</li><li>Mechanical and electrical checks over the time</li><li>Product functionality test over the time</li><li>Component reliability and lifetime</li><li>Material performance (e.g. surface cleanability)</li><li>Support platform and technology teams in validation activities</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Propose improvements to product design and testing methods</li><li>Maintain testing equipment in line with ISO9001 standards</li><li>Align test methodologies with global R&amp;D teams and external labs</li><li>Participate in concept development, FMEA, and project teams</li><li>Support the introduction of new models into production</li></ul>Who you areEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Computer, or Management Engineering.</li></ul>Technical Skills (preferred but not mandatory):<ul><li>Basic knowledge of reliability analysis techniques (FMEA, RCA, MTBF, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, CMMS software).</li><li>Interest in predictive maintenance and process optimization.</li></ul><div></div>Key Soft Skills (Essential)<ul><li>Effective communication: ability to clearly and confidently present data and solutions.</li><li>Teamwork: collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.</li><li>Time management: organized and able to meet deadlines.</li><li>Leadership potential: interest in managing small teams and growing into leadership roles.</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset: curiosity, critical thinking, and willingness to learn.</li></ul>Where you’ll beYou will be part of our Global R&amp;D Food Preparation team in Satu Mare Factory, collaborating with colleagues across regions to deliver innovative and sustainable cooking solutions.
