Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home.All about the role:As a Developer - CRM, you will be part of CDI Engineering Organization - CRM team and will be a key player within Post Purchase Consumer Service &amp; Sales Digital Proudct team that helps discover and define the problem statement for our Contact Center and Field service operations and deliver on product backlog. You will create detailed Functional spec, Technical Specs and implement scalable CRM solutions in a global landscape. You will work in a scaled agile products teams set-up and responsible to support our Product Managers with delivering backlog as per set prioritization.Together with our Engineering service team you will drive transformation in a complex IT delivery landscape, consulting with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Senior developers and Tech leads among other stakeholders to enable successful continuous delivery in both Agile and traditional project management way. You will work, on daily basis, with colleagues remotely that are based in other countries. About the CDI Experience Organization: The Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization is a Digital Product Organization responsible for delivering tech solutions to our end-users and consumers across both pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. We are organized in 15+ digital product areas, providing solutions ranging from Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, and Identity to AI. What you’ll do:As a Developer - CRM, you with good hands-on implementation and consulting experience of CRM solutions will be responsible for optimizing and integrating business processes in Contact Center and Field service operations. You will be focused on developing and maintaining scalable solutions using your expertise in CRM, SAP Sales &amp; Service Cloud integrated using Cloud native microservices based architecture landscape. Your main tasks include:<ul><li>Responsible for implementing &amp; testing low-level technical solutions that are stable, scalable &amp; deliver high performance from UX &amp; CX perspective.</li><li>You will deliver high quality code, configurations and documents deliverable during all phases of software development flow.</li><li>You will work in a Scaled Agile framework &amp; will be responsible for delivering on Business requirements in your Products team.</li><li>You will work very closely with other CRM C4C developers, CRM domain experts, SME’s and Cloud Native developers both internal and from external partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure the overall integrity of the entire system’s landscape.</li><li>Follow industry best practice and release governance</li><li>Demonstrate and infuse modern development practices by following DevOps practices ensuring deployments into production on at least a bi-weekly basis.</li></ul>  Who are you:  <ul><li>University graduate in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business or related areas.</li><li>3+ years of experience as a Developer or Functional in CRM solutions (SAP Service Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) based on Service and Sales processes in large transformation projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on implementation experience of integrating CRM solutions with other SAP backend applications like ERP or non-SAP applications.</li><li>Understanding of ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C solutions, CRM software (preferably SAP C4C Service Cloud / Sales Cloud).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of REST, SOAP API Web services &amp; standard OData API’s in C4C.</li><li>Fluent in atleast one of the .NET, Java, python or nodejs as well as front-end, and back-end development skills.</li><li>You have very good communication, analytical, conceptual skills and high affinity for learning and building technology skillset.</li><li>Experience working alongside at least one of the following: Cloud platforms like Azure, Power Platform, MongoDB.</li><li>Experience in test automation, testing &amp; test tools is a plus.</li></ul>Where youll be:This is a full-time position, based in Bangalore, IndiaBenefits Highlights: <ul><li>Flexible work hours and a hybrid work environment </li></ul><ul><li>Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services </li></ul><ul><li>Family-friendly benefits </li></ul><ul><li>Extensive learning opportunities and a flexible career path</li></ul>
