As the Graphic Design Specialist, you will help shape and evolve our brand identity as we continue to grow. Working cross-functionally with the marketing team and other departments, youll bring the brand to life through digital, print, and experiential assets. Youll be a part of the Corporate Comms function within Marketing and partner with agency designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure every touchpoint feels intentional and cohesive. Your role will include: <ul> <li>Design multi-channel campaign assets: Conceptualize and create on-brand visuals for social media, email, web, print, and experiential initiatives that support marketing and business goals.</li> <li>Create templates and tools: Develop templates and reusable components that empower internal teams to create on-brand content efficiently.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with marketing, other internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency in all design outputs.</li> <li>Contribute to motion and interactive design: Build simple animations, infographics, and interactive visuals that bring stories to life.</li> <li>Ensure brand consistency: Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all visual work adheres to established brand guidelines while allowing room for creative evolution.</li> <li>Lead quality assurance checks: Review and refine design deliverables to ensure theyre error-free, on-brand, and ready for production. </li> </ul> This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creative problem-solving, loves to bring order to chaos, and is passionate about the power of design to shape perception and drive impact.
