Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.</div><div><br /></div><div><span>As Junior Operations Specialist you will be a part of the Daily Operations DACH team, working and supporting customers in the DACH region ensuring operational excellence. The role is fully remote and requires occasional customer visits.</span></div><h3>What youll do:</h3><ul><li>Together with Operational Account Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in Germany</li><li>Manage daily operations and planning </li><li>First point of contact for our customers and other partners such as carriers and workshops for electric trucks</li><li>Coordinate internal stakeholders such as invoicing, hardware and charging</li><li>Analyze, optimize and report performance securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved </li><li>Handle and resolve customer requests</li><li>Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations</li><li>Support customer deployment projects</li><li>Customer on site visits and go live support</li><li>Supporting account managers with backoffice tasks</li></ul><h3>What were looking for:</h3><ul><li>Successful apprenticeship (abgeschlossene Ausbildung) in a logistics role or</li><li>Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations or Logistics</li><li>First experiences in a customer facing role within operations, logistics or other relevant settings</li><li>Strong collaborator &amp; communicator with organisational skillset</li><li>Strong service and solution oriented mindset</li><li>Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions</li><li>Fluent in German &amp; English</li><li>Hands- on mentality and open for fast scaling environment</li><li>Enthusiastic about new technologies (electric transports) &amp; sustainability</li></ul><h3>What you can expect:</h3><ul><li>Transforming the logistics landscape within a skilled &amp; motivated team by implementing latest technologies and solutions</li><li>AI based transformation tools</li><li>Work in a small, regional and dynamic team, supported by our international headquarters in Sweden, Stockholm. </li><li>Working local, thinking global</li><li>Joining a technology disruptor with fast growth ambitions</li><li>Working in a fully remote role with traveling on demand</li><li>Competitive salary and potential to grow within the organization</li></ul><div>At Einride, we are innovators, building solutions the world has never seen before – but urgently needs.
