Reporting to the CMO, the Vice President, Global Product Marketing is responsible for planning, and executing our go-to-market strategy, leading new product launches, enabling a world-class sales organization, creating the category, and evangelizing our position as a market leader.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div><span>Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing team that includes product marketing and analyst relations</span></div><div><span>Accelerate go-to-market efforts to drive continued growth through messaging, positioning, storytelling, and competitive insights.</span></div><div><span>Develop and implement integrated-marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple products, verticals, partners, and personas.</span></div><div><span>Tap into market and competitive intelligence to develop effective messaging that reflects the differentiated value of the products and platform</span></div><div><span>Partner with sales enablement to ensure sales and partners are ready to pitch product value, new capabilities, and Eightfold differentiation.</span></div><div><span>Lead and collaborate with marketing, product management, customer success, professional services, enablement, and sales teams to execute product launches that highlight Eightfold innovation and drive demand.</span></div><div><span>Develop sales tools and content for the demand generation team to drive customer acquisition/expansion.</span></div><div><span>Define, articulate and evangelize Eightfold’s AI transformation story</span></div><div><span>Speak at conferences, press interviews and industry analyst briefings as a thought leader and subject matter expert.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><div><span>15+ years enterprise SaaS product marketing experience, minimum 5+ years in a senior level people management position.</span></div><div><span>Demonstrated experience establishing product marketing function: buyer personas, buyer journeys, product launches, sales decks, and developing marketing plans.</span></div><div><span>Experience marketing to business and IT with proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</span></div><div><span>Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.</span></div><div><span>Compelling storyteller, ability to communicate complex technology in a crisp and simple way.</span></div><div><span>Proven track record in thought leadership and category creation.</span></div><div><span>Experienced manager and leader; ability to hire, develop and inspire teams with senior members</span></div><div><span>Position is based at headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, but open to remote workers</span></div><div><span>BS or BA degree, MBA strongly preferred</span></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>Hybrid Work @ Eightfold:</strong> We embrace a hybrid work model that aims to boost collaboration, enhance our culture, and drive innovation through a blend of remote and in-person work.
