You will be responsible for medium to large projects, owning technical design and execution. You will collaborate closely product manager, designers, and your tech lead to deliver these features.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>﻿Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li><span>Build the next generation of Talent Management software using cutting-edge technology (e.g., building agentic experiences with LLMs).</span></li><li><span>Design and develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.</span></li><li><span>Own end-to-end critical product features- consumed by millions of Users. Lead and monitor release cycles.</span></li><li><span>Build and ship new software features and product enhancements. Both frontend and backend.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering to re-iterate and enhance our product and to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience</span></li><li><span>Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers</span></li><li><span>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code</span></li><li><span>Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development</span></li><li><span>Prototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experience</span></li><li><span>Participate in technical discussions and plans to improve our overall software quality </span></li><li><span>Handle enterprise customer escalation issues as needed</span></li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li><span>BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.</span></li><li><span>2-5+ years of hands-on experience in building and scaling customer and user-facing products, preferably in the SaaS domain.</span></li><li><span>Ability to write clean, scalable, and performant code.</span></li><li><span>Willingness to develop both frontend and backend software features.</span></li><li>Experience in building and shipping user-facing frontend features utilizing modern FE frameworks ( React, Vue.js )</li><li><span>Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning, with an interest in building AI-driven products. </span></li><li><span>Familiarity in AI tools like Cursor, Claude, Gemini etc in software programming/debugging.</span></li><li><span>Ability to collaborate across functional and organizational boundaries. </span></li></ul><div><strong>Our Tech Stack</strong></div><ul><li><span>Languages &amp; Frameworks: Python, Flask, React, Typescript, Webpack, NextJS.</span></li><li><span>Data &amp; Infrastructure: MySQL, Solr, Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Docker.</span></li><li><span>Cloud Services: Major AWS services like Aurora, S3, Redshift, Cloudformation, SNS, SQS.</span></li><li><span>AI &amp; ML: Extensive use of ML models and LLMs.</span></li></ul><div><strong>Pay Transparency</strong></div><div><span>Please note this role is categorized as onsite or hybrid in Santa Clara, CA The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonus and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and zone.
